Plugin Broke Site

    So I just recently installed a plugin, but after I did so my site broke. Now when I visit the site or the admin page I get Internal Server Error. Right now i’m in the FTP of the site and trying to find the plugin folder. Where should I go to delete this plugin?

  • Do you know which plugin it was? You should be able to delete it using FTP – the plugins folder is here:

    wp-content
    plugins
       FIND THE ONE YOU ADDED HERE AND DELETE IT

    If that doesn’t work, try renaming the entire plugins folder –

    wp-content
     plugins.HOLD

    If that doesn’t work, ask your hosting company how to access the server error logs to see what’s causing the internal server error.
