• I want to report a bug / feature request for the SendInBlue WordPress Plugin. As this behavior broke my site, I’ll write it as a bugreport. To reproduce the bug, execute the following steps:

    1) Create more than 50 email templates in the web UI of SendInBlue
    2) Go to the settings page for a SendInBlue Form in WordPress
    3) See that for the selection of “DoubleOptIn” and “Confirmation email” only one of the newest 50 templates can be selected

If you create a large autoresponder sequence, the wordpress plugin for SendInBlue breaks, as you can only select the newest 50 Email Templates for the “DoubleOptIn email” or “Confirmation email” when submitting a form. So once you create the 51st email template, the oldest email template (your template for DoubleOptIn or your confirmation email) will no longer be selectable.

Jt seems, that the system in this case also silently switches the forms to the default DoubleOptIn email template instead of the manually configured email template.

The only workaround seems to be to create a copy of the old email templates, so that they are in the newest 50 templates again and then change all forms to use the “new” templates again.
