I understand that upon installing this plugin the product category pages and product pages are breaking.

In order for us to get a better idea of your setup, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Also, could you please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and from the dropdown on the right side, please see if there are any logs starting with the words fatal-error? Let us know what you find.

Thanks for sharing the System Status Report and the error log.

There is a large number of plugins active on the site.

Our recommendation is to disable all the plugins temporarily, except WooCommerce, switch the theme to Storefront, and then install Google Listings & Ads. Once the installation is complete then you can enable all the disabled things one by one, and also the theme. This way you will be able to determine which plugin/theme is causing the conflict that is making the site break.

You can test this out on a staging site using a plugin like WP Staging, without affecting the live site.

In addition to the conflict test I just wanted to mention that the stack trace you posted is showing that the file:

wp-content/themes/Negan/woocommerce/loop/add-to-cart.php is calling the hook woocommerce_loop_add_to_cart_link with only 2 arguments instead of 3.

Since that’s part of the theme I’d suggest to contact the theme authors in regards to overriding the template files the same way as it’s done in WooCommerce. The following guide can be helpful: https://woocommerce.com/document/template-structure/
