plugin breaks site

Hello,
I have recently updates my theme to a new one. but now the plugin breaks the website.
When i look in the log i see:
FastCGI sent in stderr: “PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare ct_init() (previously declared in /var/www/server80/wp-content/plugins/cleantalk-spam-protect/cleantalk-public.php:8)PS: Paid user
