    Hello,

I have fully configured most options in iThemes and noticed that it completely breaks the Plugin manager of WordPress.

When i attempt to install a plugin i get an error, i know it is something iThemes is doing because when i deactivate the plugin the plugin download and installation works fine.

I have a theory it is blocking access to ‘downloads.www.remarpro.com’ domain.

Can you please fix this urgently as for the time being the only way to get around it is to disable the plugin and then reenable it after updates.

    Cheers.

  • What is the exact error you get ? (You might set WP_DEBUG to true in wp-config.php to increase the chance for more feedback).

I also did a digital search for “downloads” through all iTSec files but the string does not exist …

If the plugin would indeed block access to ‘downloads.www.remarpro.com’ many many many other people would report the same issue. So far you are the only one …

But it could be it only happens under certain conditions. So please provide some more info so this can be further investigated.

Thanks for the quick reply, you know what i did the same thing on another site and it was ok, so it could of been a one off or only on a certain configuration leave it with me for now and if i see it again i will take some screenshots and report back… Cheers.
