Plugin breaks my site

  • Hello Sir,

    I am trying to use your plugin with that shortcode: [sg_popup id=2] in top secondary menu, but it breaks my site. Your sample shortcode, it works fine.

    I would appreciate your help.

    First up, sorry for the delayed reply.

    About the shortcode you’re using, it could be that the HTML code sent out by the shortcode, isn’t compatible with the theme’s HTML markup. It would be great if you can provide me with the URL where I can check the issue and help you out with using the shortcode.
