Plugin breaks media library on WP 4.8

When the plugin is active and you try to set a featured image on a post or page the library will never load (ajax returns fine except when your plugin is activated it has a https://www.zxcvb23.com/js/104076.js script included which isn’t normally when the plugin is deactivated).
