Plugin breaks javascript

I’m using a few JavaScript plugins, mainly jqueryMatchHeight, Slick (https://kenwheeler.github.io/slick/) and all of my custom javascript in my app.js file. I’m just curious how to reload all of my javascript after page change so that none of the other features of the website I’m building don’t break. All of my javascript is in the before the end of the body. Should I move it all into the head? Any insight on how to fix this would be great. Thanks in advance!
