• Hi – I am using your plugin for one form and it is working as expected. The site also has a contact form which was made using GF 2.5’s column scheme (2 col) – now that form displays only in one column. Is the plugin now the only way to do columns in GF? ie do I have to redo the contact form with Multiple Columns method? Thanks.

    MC plugin 3.2.0 GF 2.573

    Hi @ziposaurus,

Thank you for your email and bringing this issue to our attention.

This is not something that has been identified by other users, and we are not able to see it on our testing sites. Could another plugin be responsible for the issue?

If you’re able to send an export (https://docs.gravityforms.com/exporting-a-form-from-gravity-forms/) of the Multiple Columns form and the default Gravity Forms form with the built in column specification we will try to reproduce what you are experiencing. This will help a great deal in attempting to debug any conflict that may be going on. Please send the form exports to [email protected].

Thank you for your time and assistance.

    Hi @ziposaurus,

Please can you update to the 3.2.1 release of the plugin and inform us if this makes any difference with the problem that you have been experiencing?

Many thanks for your time and your assistance.

    Kind regards.

I can confirm that the updated plugin still breaks the pre-set gravity columns.

If you have used ‘drag and drop’ feature in GF to make fields into columns, this plugin breaks that and makes them all full width.
