    Hey Guys,

I was doing some testing and I noticed that when the WooCommerce Checkout Manager plugin is active we no longer see the customers billing address automatically populate the “Ship to” field.

We have the “Shipping Destination” setting set to “Force shipping to the customer billing address”

When we place an order without the WooCommerce Checkout Manager plugin active, that works properly and copies the Billing Address to the “ship to” field.

When we place an order with the WooCommerce Checkout Manager plugin active, that no longer copies the Billing Address to the “ship to” field.

You can see the difference in the above screenshot.

How can we use the WooCommerce Checkout Manager plugin, but continue to have that “Billing Address” copied to the “Ship to” field?

    Thanks so much!

    -Simon

Hi mate, could you tell us which versions of our plugin you are using?

    Regards.

Did you figure out the issue here? We are experiencing a similar problem. When we have the Shipping destination set to “Force shipping to the customer billing address” we are getting reports nobody can checkout because they get an error “billing select city is a required field” but they have all the fields filled in. We are using the version 3.3.4 Pro of your plugin.
