I have the same issue as this person. Turning on Blocksy Companion reverts all my website fonts etc to defaults.

This imgur link shows two screenshots, one of the view of the site in the customiser screen (which looks correct) and one of the live-view of the site (which is broken).

Currently if I disable the companion plugin, things work as they should.

I have tested with all plugins disabled, and it makes no difference. I also emptied all caches (and disabled all caching plugins) and purged cloudflare and browser caches.

I have now turned all plugins back on, as the issue was with none of them. The only plugin left off at the moment is the Blocksy Companion. I will probably turn it back on when I go to bed though, so that if someone here looks at the site it will be the ‘broken’ state. If the site is working, I probably have the plugin turned off, so ask here for me to turn it back on.

    Thanks.

    Hello @nirurin

Could you please let me know where the FS_METHOD constant is defined in wp-config.php? A screenshot would be highly helpful.

    Thanks.

Hi, yeh sorry for the two threads, this started when I thought it was a blocksy problem, it wasn’t until later that I found the plugin was the problem.

FS_METHOD seems to be the last line of the config.

    Hello @nirurin

Let’s try moving the line before the “that’s all stop editing” line. That should fix the issue automatically for you.

    Thanks.

I’m just off at the moment but I’ll try that later today and report back, thankyou

Apologies for not reporting back, but that did seem to solve the issue, thankyou.
