Plugin breaks entire website

Installed the plugin, activated it, input my redirect URL, saved everything.
Upon refreshing my desktop/main site, I get this:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_is_mobile() in /home/content/s/t/r/myusername/html/wp-content/plugins/simple-mobile-url-redirect/mobile-redirect.php on line 172
