    Hi there,

We just deployed a new version of the plugin which might solve this problem.
Could you please download this new version and tell if the problem still exists?

    Greetings,

Sorry, mar het probleem bestaat nog.

To investigate the source of the problem, I would like to know the following things:
    – What is your wordpress version?
    – What theme are you using?
    – Could you check your console for errors when you click the button? (F12 > Console for Chrome)
    – Could you check the error log on your server for errors regarding the Bol plugin?

    Greetings,
    Jordy de Ruijter

I have the same problem, no wysiwig editor (blank screen)
WordPress 4.0 with theme Twenty Twelve
    Bol.com plugin Versie: 1.3.2

    The Javascript-Console gives 4 errors, 3 times:
    ‘Failed to load resource: net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT’
    and one:
Uncaught ReferenceError: BolPartner is not defined

    Hi there,

Are you using something like AdBlocker?
It is a known problem that AdBlocker is blocking the Bol Plugin.
If you put AdBlocker off and reload the page the problem should be solved.

    Greetings,
    Jordy de Ruijter

    Thanks! Solved ??

    Adblocker blocked the ads… ??

    Hello Jordy,

Thanks, it’s working OK now in the editor. Only the popup screens of the widgets are too small for the content and show a number of scrollbars, and even then not eveything is visible. Haven’t been able to test the widgets in the front end. The editor result is fine in the frontend.

    Regards,

    Alfred Grupstra.

I’m glad to hear it works now!
What is the resolution of your monitor and could you provide me with a screenshot of the popup screen?

    Thread Starter AlfredG

    (@alfredg)

    The resolution is 1366×786.
Where can I sen the grabs to, as far as I can see it isn’t possible in this message.

By the way, did you update the plugin to the newest version (1.3.2)?
    This should fix the problem.
You could share the screenshots with a link or mail them to jderuijter@netvlies.net if the problem still exists after updating.

Could you send me a screenshot of the full screen?
Besides that, could you tell me which operation system, wordpress version and browser you are using?

    (@alfredg)

The operating system of the server is Apache, Wordpres is 4.0 and I use Firefox. I can’t make full screens at the moment. Can do this wednesday.
