Plugin breaks additional fields in post edit screen

Currently Using: 2.12.2
Unfortunately you have an error line 169 ofvideo-thumbnails.php
Near the end you have<a/>instead of</a>and this breaks custom fields etc.
Thanks and please fix before your next release ??
