    Hello there,

The stripe plugin is breaking the checkout page, in fact, with the plugin active the 2 columns layout is breaking and all the right column elements (payments methods) are going below, and a text line is added at the beginning of the page

You can have a look in the checkout page I have linked or to a screenshot at this link

I have already debugged deactivating all others plugin, the issue is related to stripe plugin.

This happens only for registered users, so logged in

    Hi @alcegraphics ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that you are experiencing issues with the checkout page breaking when the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway plugin is active, is this correct?

After checking your site, my results varied, depending on which browser I used.

    Chrome:

After visiting your sites checkout page, here is what I see (even as a logged-out user):

Additionally, I notice that the payment methods area is displayed on the right-hand side for a few seconds, and then jumps to the bottom of the page, as seen below:

    Jumps below the checkout fields:

I must add that I was not able to replicate this issue on Safari or Mozilla Firefox.

    Safari:

    Firefox:

Do the results vary on your end based on which browser is being used?

Also, I am unable to reproduce this issue on my testing site, which uses the default Storefront theme, as the checkout page does not display any issues, and the Payments methods are displayed on the right-hand side:

It’s possible that there may be a conflict between the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway plugin, and the layout of your checkout page.

This being said, can you try temporarily switching your theme to a default one, such as Storefront, and then check if the issue is still present?

Please could you also check the outcome with Storefront active, using different browsers.

Should the issue persist, please can you share a copy of your sites System Status Report, which you can find via WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for support.

Once you have this, please share the results in your response here.

    Cheers!
