Plugin breaking sidebar

Do you know why the plugin breaks the sidebar on the profile pages?
https://mbax.me/members/admin/achievements/Also is there a way to move it up so it shows between “Profile” and “Messages”. Lastly why is the descreption higher than the achievement name and how can I remove the karma column?
