Plugin break the preview of the shop images

  • Hello,

    I had to deactivate the YITH WooCommerce Gift Cards plugin, because it cuts the preview images in my shop in half. The theme used is Gioia. Do you have a solution to offer me?

    Thanks for contacting us and I hope you’re doing well ??

    Unfortunately we don’t have any copy of your Gioia theme and seems is not a theme we can download from wp.org in order to test it.

    Could you try to switch a default theme like TwentySixteen and let me know if it’s working?

    Hello,

    I try with TwentySixteen theme and preview don’t work. On the Gioia theme, the preview cuts the image in half and on the other I am not able to have a preview.

    What must I do now?
