[Plugin: Breadcrumb NavXT] Tag Links don’t work

The tags in my breadcrumb trail don’t link. When viewing the source code it shows ‘href=”%link%”‘. It’s only happening when tags are displayed. Categories display and link ok when I switch to them, and the blog title is also ok.
