[Plugin: BP Multi Network] do I need this plugin?

  • Please let me explain my case here.. I have multisite setup with buddypress. I have only one site with group component slug renamed to “cources” and used by the “Courseware plugin”. the template for the cources has its own design.

    Now I need another separate group component to function as “groups” and get its own special template design. For both groups I want to share the same user base.

    To accomplish this functionality do I have to make a separate buddypress using your plugin?

    You need BP Multi Network if you want to have a separate user base for each site. The plugin filters the user lists available in each site, such as Members, Activity, etc..
