    Something wrong with your WP install.
    Just uploaded plugin to the site where it has never been activated on and everything works fine.
    Do you have BuddyPress installed?

    No, you know .. I’m a dope. Didn’t realize for some reason that BuddyPress was needed. I skimmed the featured, got excited, failed to read it all.

    why cant this plugin run on normal theme ??? or can be buddypress just a one page of normal wordpress ?

    What exactly do you mean by “normal theme”?
