[Plugin: BP Group Hierarchy] Limit depth of hierarchy?

Great plug-in!
I would just like to know how to limit the hierarchy depth. The top level groups will be created by me but I need to limit all the user created groups to only one of the available Amdin created groups – 2 levels deep max.
Is this possible?
