[Plugin: BP Group Hierarchy] Blank Admin Screen

I will preface this by saying that this Network install is running on IIS 7, and hope that doesn’t scare people off. I recognize I’m in a round hole square peg scenario with some plugins (perhaps this is one).
Everything works perfectly… except the admin screen is blank: no errors, seemingly no glitches, just a blank page with the regular WP menu on the side and the header along the top etc.
Am I missing something in the server software side that might be causing this?
Is there a way to hardcode the options that are available in the admin screen as a stop-gap measure?Don’t say switch to linux. I know this already. I have two other installs running on a LAMP. This specific instance needs to be on Windoze.
