[Plugin: Bp Group Control] Where is the options page supposed to be?

Installed and activated this on WP 3.0 / BP 1.2.4. Added the bp-group-control folder to /buddypress/bp-themes/ as the installation instructions say. But I don’t see anything happening. Where should I look? And how do I know what’s wrong?
I’m using the bp-default theme.
