[Plugin: Bootstrap 3 Shortcodes] page-header does not accept special characters

    I am using Bootstrap 3 Shortcodes in my site. It is a great plugin! But I’m having trouble with special characters when using the [page-header] tag… It does not accept special characters.
    When I try to put “Corrida das Lágrimas”, the site displays “Corrida das L??grimas”.
    The weird thing is that I saw that it was already fixed, according to the changelog.

    I have also tried to put the meta charset tag on the top of the page, but it did not work…

    Can anybody help me?
