I sent an e-mail several days ago asking for information on who is behind this plugin. Still no reply.

I like the plugin and 119$ is not much but I want to know who I am paying money to.

    Hello Bjornsennbrink,
We are international wordpress plugins development team – wpdevelop. We are operate over the world. Also we are specialize in wordpress plugins customization or wordpress configuration and themes customizations.
    Thank you

    Yes, but who *are* you?
    I share Bjornsennbrinks sentiments.
You might want to consider going beyond ‘wpdevelop’ and show a human face and name or 2 ??
It engenders confidence and and such transparency is pretty normal – especially within the WordPress community.
Even if you are spread across the globe, it would be nice to see some faces and bios.
The plugin looks great and I am considering using it.

    Why is this topic important?
Well, I am a professional and my client is too. Bookkeeping regulations require that we can provide a note verifying the cost of the plugin.

We paid 119 $ for the professional version of the plugin and upon requesting a receit we got this in return:

    Hello,
Thank you for selecting Booking Calendar.
I can see that you are alteady downloading the plugin.
If you will have any other questions, please fill free to contact me.
    Thank you.

    To be continued?

Yes I have seen that. I am going to drop this now. We are getting nowhere here and I hope what we paid for is going to help us with or without knowledge of who is the real person/company behind wpdevelop.com

I just think that should adhere to the transparency in the WordPress community rather than hiding behind a user name, especially when you sell software with prices as high as 3570 USD.
