    I’m working with a client who wants to fill every half-hour slot of time for a full year.

    For instance, a person wants to sign up for 1:30am-2:00am on March 3. They will need to know first of all if that slot is available. Second, they will need the ability to add a desicrption of what they are doing during that time slot.

    On the other end, we want anybody to be able to browse thru a calendar and see full / empty time slots; and any full time slots should show a description of what’s going on during that time slot.

    Will this plugin help us accomplish this?

    –> Yes, this is possible.

    Second, they will need the ability to add a desicrption of what they are doing during that time slot.
    –>You can create a custom field so that every client will enter description at the time of booking a service.

    On the other end, we want anybody to be able to browse thru a calendar and see full / empty time slots
    –> Administrators and staff can see what client entered at the time of booking.

    Thank you; sounds promising…I’ll play with it and see which version of appointy I’ll need to purchase to get all the functionality we need.
