[Plugin: BlogGlue Related Posts Network Plugin] Changing Look and Feel of Related Posts, Adding More

Hi, I love the blogglue plugin except that I have a strict requirement for my related posts… I need thumbnail images for each and I need them to be 5 stories instead of three. Most important is the thumbnail ability, as you can see here: I have YARPP set up to display thumbnails and I want blogglue to be right below it and look similar. How can I do this?
