Plugin blocks pictures

hello,
I am new where, but I have got a problem. Plugin “Web4pro Aboutme”.
When I use this plugin and try to write a new blogtext the button to include pictures does not work. I switched of all other plugins that is why I know it must be this one.
Can you help me?
