Plugin blocks everything in wordpress

  • I had download and installed the plugin “Add Header ” after noticing that the plugin crashed my website I tried to remove it. Unfortunatly it didn’t work. I tried to remove the plugin via FTP but couldn’t find in the plugin map.

    My website is broken cannot remove or add plugins. and i cannot restore my backup.

    So could you please advise me how i can fix this problem.

    Thank you for the advise.

    I have tried to find the folder “add-expires-headers” in the plugin FTP client -> wp- -> plugins. But I couldn’t find the folder of the described plugin to rename.

    Which further steps do I have to take if the folder isn’t avialable in the ftp client
