Plugin blocks customers address and button for ‘store credit’ doesn’t work?

    Hi guys, first of all, let me say that this seems like an awesome plugin!

    Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to make it work.

    I’m primarily interested in ‘Store credits’.

    First issue is that when the plugin is active, there’s no customers shipping address during the checkout (although it’s filled in on the previous screen), so that the order cannot be completed.

    When I deactivate the plugin the address is filled in as usual.

    Second issue is that the link to ‘Apply store credit discounts? >’ doesn’t work. When I click on it, nothing happens.

    I’d love to use this for our business if we can make it work.

    Can I check, do you have any errors in your javascript console?

    Reproduce the error, right click the page, click “Inspect”, then click on the “Console” tab and take a screenshot for me.

    Hoping I can help you narrow down what this is so we can get you up and running ASAP!

    Extra details like what theme and what host you’re on would be super helpful!

    Hi @mihailo, can you please try to update to the latest version 4.5.8.1.

    A fix for these front end issues experienced by some themes has been implemented and it should correct these issues ??

    Hi Josh, thanks for your fast responses and for trying to help! ??

    We’re using version 4.5.8.1

    I’m happy that the shipping address issue is gone with the wind, good job!

    However, when I try to check my store credit in the account dashboard, I get error 404, missing page:

    We have our own server where we host the files and are using ‘Elessi’ wordpress theme.

    Hi @mihailo,

    Regarding the 404 missing page, could you please resave your permalink? Please navigate to Settings > Permalink then click Save Changes. This will flush out any permalink issue.

    Regaring the apply store credit, it seems the error in the console is referring to the minified CSS/JS from Elementor. Could you please clear any cache on your website?

    Hello, thanks for answering.

    Tried both, none worked.

    Resaved permalinks, cleared all wordpress cache with W3, tried from 2 browsers, normal and incognito (no cash, no plugins) and it remains the same.

    Store credit page goes to error 404, missing page.

    ?‘apply store credit discounts’ button still doesn’t do anything when clicked.

    The customers address is fine now, I can adjust customers store credit from the admin dashboard, it’s just that we cannot use it… :/
