    Hey all,

I installed Paid Membership Pro last week to work in conjunction with WP Courseware, but for some reason it clashed with WordPress preventing me from logging into my entire dashboard. I had to call my server’s supportdesk to have them remove Paid Membership pro in order for me to log in again. Here’s the error message that pointed them in the right direction.

[21-Feb-2014 15:25:59 UTC] WordPress database error Duplicate key name ‘timestamp’ for query ALTER TABLE ewp_pmpro_discount_codes_uses ADD KEY timestamp (timestamp) made by activate_plugin, include_once(‘/plugins/paid-memberships-pro/paid-memberships-pro.php’), pmpro_checkForUpgrades, pmpro_db_delta, dbDelta

Any idea what the problem might be?

Thanks for your time and patience to help me out!

    Hey there,

Hmm, that’s strange.. have you tried disabling all other plugins one by one, or switching to a default WordPress theme (such as twentyfourteen)? You might also want to try completely uninstalling and reinstalling Paid Memberships Pro if none of these work. However, WP Courseware and PMPro should work together fine out of the box.

    Thanks,
    Jess

    Hi Jess,

Thanks for your response. The issue seems to have resolved it self somehow. No idea what went wrong the first time around!

    Cheers,

    Danielle
