Plugin blocking users and Google bot

    Hello, two weeks ago I activated the plugin on my site and it worked well but one day we noticed a drop of more than 50% of our traffic and Google impressions were almost zero, there was a problem to enter the page and trying to enter the Home as a normal user you redirected to the admin or robots.txt

    The solution was to deactivate the plugin and our traffic returned to normal.

    I intend to use the plugin again but I am afraid that the same error will occur again.

    Is there any way to fix this?

    Hi,

    there was a problem to enter the page and trying to enter the Home as a normal user you redirected to the admin or robots.txt

    Did you by any chance enabled one of the Brute Force features like Rename Login Page?

    Hi,

    Did you also enabled the following feature Block Fake Googlebots:? This is located in WP Security -> Firewall -> Internet Bots. If you did what happens if you disable this feature? Do you still get the same traffic drop in your site as well as Google impressions?

    Also, if you still want to use the above mentioned feature, go to WP Security -> Settings -> Advanced Settings and try a different setting from the drop down menu.
