    Hi
    I started to build the page and i add plugins but when i got the Yoster SEO? it said i had too other activated and i needed to deactivate them. so i went to the plugin to look at the activated and all i got was a message that there are som problem and nothing worked.. I tried to upload more products…didnt work…nothing seem to work and then some how i got in another way to see the plugins that was not activated and were to remove them…suggestion from one of the other parts of the site…and what did i find…the to other SEO plugins that it said were activated and had to be shut down…well they were on the list on downloaded and not activated…so the other program/plugin seem to rather be the problem.

    So how the …can i get my page back to normal again. right now i cant do anything apparently. And that page said to be one of the best..yeah right. its so great that i cant do anything with my webshop/webpage. So what to do?…And the funny part is…The platform we got this though said this as so easy to work and fix your own website…yeah right…The first day second and third and forth day i had to call in and they had to fix something so i could log in it didnt like the FA2 authorization and it shut me out and they took it of the second day and the third and on the forth they did the same thing but in another way and now this…is it even a easy thing…don’t seem so right now.

    If you run into any problems, please try deactivating Burst. Either by deactivating in the plugins overview, or by renaming the plugin folder through ftp.

    If the problem is caused by burst, it will be resolved when it’s deactivated. If the problem persists, it’s not caused by Burst.

    Thanx. but the problem is…haha this is Greak for me so to say…but i will try but something is really wrong on the page

    This is the only thing i get when i click on installed plugins

    A critical problem as happened on the website. Check the email to the websites administrations address for more instructions…

    there is no email that i can find anyway…so i cant do anything apparently.

    I recommend to access your site with a file manager or ftp, then rename the burst plugin folder in wp-content/plugins

    And one more time that is like Greek to me…in other words…i dont understand one word of that. More or less. I guess it will be support again on Monday. this is irritating as hell. Sad to say they said this is a breeze…more like a hurricane and you dont understand anything…hell no they should say its easy when the programs make other things go wrong with other programs…they should not say its no problem what so ever the first one i talked to in support didn’t even tell the right info either so that was totally wrong and i wasted 2 hours in line waiting for her to call.

    That i know what you said i read it to..but if you dont know how to do this it does not help that much anyway

    Hi @alt71,

    Are you sure this is related to Burst? You’re referring to things we have no recollection of, nor does this plugin has any support via telephone.

    …they should not say its no problem what so ever the first one i talked to in support didn’t even tell the right info either so that was totally wrong and i wasted 2 hours in line waiting for her to call.

    I’m not sure how we can help, and what the exact issue is. Maybe you can share a video or screenshot of the issue.

    No i dont know anyting about this and since i cant see anything i cant do anything but if you read a couple of entries above this you can see Rogier said it probably is Burst that could be the problem but i cant do anything and what he wrote i had already read about but i dont know how to do this so that did not help but i have contacte Loopia and hopw to get some help but the whole weekend i have been stuck and could not do anything.

    So i really hope they can help me qick so i can get started.
