Plugin Blocked by Safari AdBlock

I discovered today that when I view a WordPress page using this plugin, the plugin doesn’t appear if AdBlock is turned on. I don’t recall this problem happening previously, but it appears to be happening today. Strangely, the plugin only seems to be blocked if I use AdBlock on Safari rather than AdBlock on Firefox. Both are on a Mac running OS 10.9.3. Not sure if there is anything that can be done about this, but if there is I’d appreciate the author looking into it.
