Just tested Black Studio TinyMCE Widget 1.1.1 with WP Page Widget 2.0 on WordPress 3.5.1 and I had no issues. Please could you explain which is your problem exactly?
I suggest you to try to selectively disable other plugins, as these problems are often caused by other conflicting plugins.

I have a custom sidebar registered and adding the Black Studio TinyMCE Widget 1.1.1 into the sidebar. The problem I am having is that the Black Studio TinyMCE Widget does not expand to allow me to enter the data. How do I enter the data in RTE?

Which other plugins have you installed? Please try to selectively disable them one by one and check if the editor starts to work.
Moreover you may check the javascript error console of your browser and see if some errors is reported.

Yes, that fixed it. Disabling other plugins has made Blackstudio to work. How do address the issues between plugins in wordpress?

The first step is to detect exactly which is the conflicting plugin. Then I can make some test and hopefully find a fix for it. Please could you conduct some more tests to find out which is the plugin that causes the conflict? Just re-enable them one by one until you find the culprit.

I tried with turning off and on other plugins. It seems not to work with the plugin CKEditor

Unfortunately at the moment our plugin is not compatible with CKEditor. As the plugin’s name implies, it can be used only with TinyMCE editor, which is the default one on WordPress. This depends on the deep interaction with TinyMCE internals, that cannot be easily ported to CKEditor.
If anyone needs more features in the editor, I would recommend Ultimate TinyMCE or TinyMCE Advanced plugin, which both extend TinyMCE editor, and thus are compatible with our plugin.
