Yes, you can downgrade any WordPress plugin.
The process is manual so make sure you backup before deleting anything, especially backup your database.

This is Big Contact download link, simply change the version number in the url and download that version zip file from WP repository. unizp and replace it with your current plugin install.

    I m trying a lot bu I cant.
The problem is that when I manually install the previous version of bigcontact in zip format it keeps installing without finishing! After a couple of minutes there is an error message.
I have the same problem with a lot of downloaded plugins that I try to install manually, and not by WP search.
    Am i missing something?

Please also check your theme, the essential javascript files are missing.
    jquery.ui.core.min.js
    jquery.ui.datepicker.js
    bigContactFrom.js

This might be because your theme is missing wp_footer() function in the footer file, because we inject javascript files in the footer for faster performance of your website.
