[Plugin: Better WP Security] Sending multiple identical logs to my email

Okay…Have disabled the plugin. During log time, it completely locks up the site and uses 100% of the resources forcing my host to disallow access to the site.

Is there anyway to shut down this emailing of the logs?

I have a similar problem – Better Security sends me blank emails before sending me one that actually contains any information.

If you wish to turn off emails, go to the “Detect” tab and scroll down – you should find a check box allowing you to opt out of email notifications.

You can also create a list of exclusions : if you know that a file or directory is regularly changed and you know why you can exclude it from the scan.

my aren’t blank, they contain the exact same info…i was sometimes getting up to 30 emails…

i couldn’t find the disable email option, i looked about 20 times in every tab… just got fed up and removed it… thanks for the tip, i’ll likely give it another go
