[Plugin: Better WP Security] Problem when adding my IP on White list

So you’re able to get to your files via FTP? You should be able to access your .htaccess file in the base directory and use a basic text editor to edit the contents, just copy and paste what the plugin specifies and do it before the other declarations in the htaccess file.

I’m kind of new to playing with this file too but found it fairly easy to figure out. Good luck!

My htaccess is not writable so i usually copy/paste the text from the bwps dashboard.

I don’t have the skills to write htaccess so if someone can give me a hint how to write i would be very grateful.
