[Plugin: Better WP Security] My Site posts Duplicate entries after changing Admin ID

I am running the latest version of WordPress, Better WP Security and BuddyPress. I have searched the forums for an answer to my question but unable to based on the topic subjects, unfortunately some people don’t make it easier for others by including an informative Subject.

Since activating the plugin and including opting to change the admin ID from 1, I have noticed all my updates & notifications are being duplicated. That includes status updates in BuddyPress, messages, activity updates in BuddyPress. It doesn’t actually duplicate the actions itself with the exception of messaging, it simply duplicates the activity on the site or the notification. Strangely enough, it appears that it is also duplicating messages of members of my site messaging me. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
