[Plugin: Better WP Security] Banned Users not working, again.

Ban Users not working. I reported this problem some versions ago and you fixed it. I just did a clean installed of WP 3.2.1 and tested Banned Users by masquerading as being in a country within the banned IP range and the problem has returned. I have a long list of banned east european and russian IPs formatted ###.###.###.### – ###.###.###.###. While there is a change to the header all pages are still visible and there is no “error” message. Let me know if you need more details.
