• I am looking for a successor of Autoptimize, since the author does no longer support this plug-in. BWP Minify is doing a very good job, but the page load time is still longer than with Autoptimize. But maybe BWP Minify could catch up if it would also minify the HTML. Is that an option for a future release?

Also, it would be appreciated if ‘expires headers’ would be added to the minified files and if the URLs would not contain a ‘?’.

There will definitely a HTML min option in future releases :).

I believe the expires header has already been added by Minify itself. Why would you dislike the ‘?’ mark?

That sounds very promising and besides the features I find it very reassuring to receive such a prompt response. ??

The query string might be a minor issue, but Google says it is no good and explains it at the very bottom of this page: https://code.google.com/intl/en/speed/page-speed/docs/caching.html. Not sure how relevant this really is, but if it can be avoided…

    Thanks for your response!

    You’re welcome :-).

I will consider a pretty URL for future releases, too, but it will be far future I guess ;-). Stay tuned!
