• I am running a 50 site multisite install with BWP.

I have read over a number of pages from the main BWP website, and trawled a little through the forums, but couldnt identify anything to help with the problem I am having.

Can you clarify in a multisite install, do I need to specifically activate BWP on each install, and not simply do a Network Activate??

The problem I am having is that in the admin area of each mulstisite, when I click the link to configure BWP Sitemap, it takes me to the URL of the main domain of the network – not the domain of the subsite.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

    Hi there,

You don’t need to activate BWP GXS for each site, but if you use Pretty Permalinks, you will have to go to each site’s Permalink Setting page for the rewrite rules to be flushed.

Regarding your problem, could you please hover on a BWP GXS menu and then copy the URL here so I can see what’s wrong with it? Thanks!

I have two issues, the first is that the ‘Sitemap Statistics’ and ‘Sitemap Generator’ link to the main blog site, when the left side menu link to the correct page.

The other is is that I have a special multisite config, and for some of the sites, I cannot use the sitemap, as it needs filtering.
Is it possible to filter the generated sitemaps via some sort of hook function??

How did you config your multisite? Perhaps you should contact me using this form: https://betterwp.net/contact/, so we can discuss in more details.
