[Plugin: Better WordPress External Links] [Bug fix] Priority too low

Hiya,
Thanks for the plugin! Unfortunately it was conflicting with some other plugins (namely Link Library) which adds link content to a page.
Upping the priority to a high number on line 98-104 of the /includes/class-bwp-external-links.php file fixes it.
