[Plugin: Better RSS Widget] Fatal error line 58

When I try to set up the Better RSS Widget, I get this error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 98304 bytes) in M:\Depts\gsac\wp-content\plugins\better-rss-widget\includes\widget-form.php on line 58
I suspect that I am not using the correct URL to establish this feed
https://www.depts.ttu.edu/gradschool/xml/Calendar.xmlCan you help me determine if I’m using the correct URL or if I really have a memory error? (I do not select summary; I do select the feed to appear on Category pages and the Archive.)
