[Plugin: bbPressModeration] Tag Spam on pending

This is certainly a great plugin that helps me really cut out the Spam Topics.

One thing I was hoping the plugin could implement is around that Tags.

Spammers quite often include tags in Replies. The downside to this is even though the Reply is yet to be Published, those tags obliterate the previous tags that were put in place by the Topic OP.

This Spam behaviour corrupts the bbPress Tagging system, adds unnecessary tags that need to be eventually deleted by going through the entire tag database and creates Empty Tags from those that get overwritten by the Spam Moderated Replies.

Is it possible to somehow only ‘honor’ the tags if and only if, the Reply is set to be Published?
