[Plugin: bbPress] Sticky causes an incorrect count on topic pagination

If you set topics as sticky, instead of just showing that topic at the top of the topic list it shows it twice and breaks the pagination. The first time at the top and again in the list of topics but with the sticky class still attached to it.

Also, if there are more stickies than the _bbp_topics_per_page is set to it will double the number of topics on the first page of topics so 15 becomes 30 and page 2 is a duplicate of page 1 but with the correct amount of 15 topics showing.
