    @acehimself:
    Thanks for your feedback and using my plugin!

    I just extensively tested out the issue you described on a test install and have no solution yet out of the box. The problem is the CSS class .searchform provided by your theme overriding all form elements. I may end up modifying the CSS classes/IDs of my plugin. So I only ask for a bit more patience to test out some workarounds.

    In the meantime you might check out if you can adjust this .searchform class for this widget or at leas the sidebar to have a bigger height value. The theme only sets 20px which is not enough in this case.

    Hope this helps for the moment.

    Expect an update of the plugin by weekend.

    Thanks, Dave ??

    wow that’s fantastic Dave, I really appreciate your amazing service. I’ll probably just wait for the update rather than adjust .searchform class myself as I’m not confident enough to attempt these adjustments. Thanks again for your wonderful widget and help!
    Warm Regards,

    Hi there!

    Thank you very much ??

    I just released the update to v1.2 which contains another wrapper div plus ID selector around the form. This way it can all be styled even better.

    For your “iFeature” theme I worked out some CSS fixes, which worked like a charm in my test install. You can find this CSS fix/hack directly here:
    https://gist.github.com/2394575#file_theme_ifeature_lite.css

    —> Just place this additional CSS styling ad the bottom of this file /wp-content/themes/ifeature/css/style.css (please note the /css/ subfolder here!)

    This should do it for you.

    I hope this resolves your issue — I also linked this now in the FAQ at the bottom, for other users of “iFeature”.

    Thanks for reporting, Dave ??
