[Plugin: bbPress Post Toolbar] bbPress Toolbar messes up Advanced Post Types Order

When the bbPress Toolbar is enabled on wordpress, it interferes with the Drag&Drop interface of the “Advanced Post Types Order” plugin on the admin pages.
