[Plugin: Bayesian top title learner] New fixes

Two things are now fixed:
1. Now the plugin should be insensitive to the location of the plugin – e.g. if it’s in a subdirectory of plugins
2. Some setups may not have read the urls correctly for certain links. I was using a nonstandard call.
