I can only get the survey to show up on the “order-received” page in the Firefox browser only. It does not show up in Chrome. Also, when the opt-in popup shows up, the customer’s email is shown in alphanumeric characters.

    “Your opinion matters
[Wordpress site] wants to know what you think. They use Google Customer Reviews to collect feedback from shoppers like you.

Can Google email you (Alphanumeric version of email address) a one-minute survey after your order arrives? Learn more.”

So not only does this popup only come up if you’re using a firefox browser, but it does not display the customer’s email in readable form, but instead shows the javascript alphanumeric version. If the developers can help us out on this, that would be really great. It seems like it just needs some minor tweaks.

@wooq123, thanks for reaching out here and via our website. I replied via email asking for the URL of your order-received page so I can see the issue and get it fixed for you.

@natekinkead, thank you for the outstanding customer support. It turns out that a plugin I was using called “WP Spam-Shield” was the cause of the email address not being shown properly. In case anyone else is using this plugin, make sure you check the box next to “Disable email harvester protection. This option will disable the automatic encoding of email addresses and mailto links in your website content.”

Also, I had assumed that the opt-in popup was supposed to work in mobile browsers, but google has not yet optimized the script for mobile (it does however work in an iOS browser called “Dolphin”, which means there must be some other mobile browsers that it may be visible on). I’d advise anyone who’s having issues to test the order-received page in an incognito window, and also look for any wordpress plugin conflicts if you encounter issues. All around fantastic plugin!

    Thanks, @wooq123! Glad to help!

I’ve updated the FAQs to help others be aware of some of the possible conflicts, etc.
